This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and passionate individual to work as part of a fast-growing Client Services Team at ITG with an exciting global brand.

Team ITG are responsible for delivering all multi-channel strategy, creative and activation for a range of blue chip B2C brands – including Coop, Dixons, Macmillan, Whitbread, KFC and many more besides. Supporting the UK’s largest coffee retailer the successful candidate would work alongside the existing team to deliver best-in-class creative marketing and production for Costa.

As an Account Executive you'll be

Supporting the Account Management team to deliver campaigns, gathering project requirements and keeping trackers and systems up to date. You'll be in the mix of briefing, production and client services coordinating with internal teams, vendors, monitoring timelines and key milestones and supporting to ensure we deliver best-in-class service to our client.

  • Collaborating with internal teams including creative, production and finance departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supporting to create briefs, internal status updates and comms.
  • Liaising with clients to gather project requirements and updates.
  • Responsible for maintaining DAM’s, trackers, tickets, systems and keeping asset libraries up-to-date and accurate always.
  • Assisting in creating cost estimates, budget tracking and invoicing as well as supporting in gathering and organising project data for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Living and breathing the brand guidelines and supporting in competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organisational skills paired with a positive attitude, a drive to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • You're proactive and a motivated team player.
  • Delivering amazing client services and building relationships should be part of your DNA.
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of excel and strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and respond positively to new situations and challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
