THE ICONIC is hiring for a Senior CRM Manager to join our Customer team to lead our CRM function. We are seeking a CRM leader with strong commercial acumen, an analytical mindset, superior stakeholder management and communication skills and ideally 5-7 years CRM experience at an ecommerce retailer. This is a senior role with commercial accountability reporting to the Director - Insights and Customer Engagement.

What's involved:

  • Drive a step change in customer loyalty at THE ICONIC, focused on driving increased order frequency and stronger engagement across CRM channels and THE ICONIC App
  • Commercial accountability of the weekly CRM channel performance and associated growth targets
  • Lead analysis of customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improving customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting
  • Drive audience based Marketing at scale for THE ICONIC
  • Be an authentic leader focused on the engagement and growth of team members
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in CRM processes
  • Be an active and influential member of the customer leadership team and build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders
  • Staying updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in CRM

About You:

  • 5-7 years CRM experience ideally at an eCommerce retailer
  • Technical proficiency and experience with a marketing automation platform such as Braze
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into brand strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong focus on metrics and performance measurement.
  • Must be highly organised and efficient at managing and prioritising multiple tasks
  • Decisive and confident in making decisions, ensuring timely and effective outcomes even in challenging situations
  • Degree or MBA qualifications in relevant tertiary discipline
  • Experience in building commercial strategies and plans
  • Proven ability to lead, support and coach high-performing cross functional teams
  • A strong team player who embodies our ICONIC Principles
