Team Leader

Do you have relevant leadership experience? Would you like to lead a great team and help KONE improve the level of the business services offered within the multinational organization?

What will be your role?

• Manage business process operations to keep the service delivery agreed upon with our business partners
• Build and maintain strong credibility and relationships with different set of business partners and stakeholders
• Cooperate, lead and develop team of 18 people
• Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans
• Understand partner´s visions and frame their expectations into actionable roadmaps
• Plan and execute diverse projects
• Other adequate tasks as allocated by Process Manager

Your skills and qualifications:

• Min. 2 years of leadership experience
• Working experience within business services would be of advantage
• Proficient English & French language skills
• Strong organization and managerial skills
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Strong focus on people and their development
• Innovative mindset and customer orientation

Salary:

• From 2300 EUR/month, our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
