The Account Executive position is responsible for meeting the assigned revenue goal per year for assigned accounts. This position will find or create opportunities by supporting existing clients. The Account Executive is responsible for taking on all customer requests and needs that arise whether a positive or negative engagement. He or She must be the catalyst and advocate for the customer to the rest of M3T. The gauge of success is reflected by how satisfied the customers are with the overall M3T experience. This role requires a strategic mind set to be successful while obtaining new business.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the following areas: Access Control/CCTV/Power Doors/Gates/Intercom/Physical (Environmental) Security/Security Architecture and Design
• Trustworthy professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Team player
• Diplomatic and tactful
• Listener, Problem Solver and Negotiator
• Confident personality
• Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
• 2 Years of Project Management Experience
• 2 Years of Sales or Account Management Experience
