Our Affiliates and Influencers program is an exciting new channel we are aggressively growing at PetLab Co. We’ve recently brought on a new Head of Affiliates and Influencers to scale our program and are now looking for a hands-on affiliate/influencer specialist with experience in recruiting, negotiating, and growing partnerships/accounts to join our team. You’re not only great at hunting and growing partnerships with partners, but are also strategic-minded and able to take ownership of scaling your funnel.

Who Will You Report Into?

Hi! I’m Olya, Head of Social Creative Strategy at PetLab Co., and I need your help. We started PetLab Co. in November 2018 because we saw an unmet need to offer safe, effective nutritional supplements to help pets have their happiest, healthiest lives. Since then, we’ve become the fastest growing pet health brand in the U.S., thanks to the way we invest to be the best in class across all of our marketing channels, aggressive output, and continual optimization.

And that’s where you come in. We’ve launched and are rigorously ramping up our Affiliate and Influencer program. We are aggressively recruiting and experimenting with new partners, optimizing our funnels, and scaling our operations.

What is the ideal candidate’s background?

We’re not just looking for someone with experience recruiting and growing partnerships/accounts, we’re looking for someone keen to contribute to the growth of their funnel(s) and our overall program… someone to identify opportunities, continuously experiment with and optimise the campaigns we run, partners we work with, content we create etc.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a Partnerships/ AffilIaites/ Influencer/ Accounts role – recruiting, negotiating, and growing partnerships/accounts

• Driven to Excellence – A natural end-to-end ownership mentality with a relentless inner drive to excellence that other people find energizing, inspiring and motivating
• Exceptional Communicator – A perceptive listener who quickly synthesize info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing (including strong copy writing skills).
