Senior Field Marketing Manager - APAC

The Field Marketing Manager will partner with our regional sales leader to build and execute the complete field marketing and demand gen plan for our ASEAN, Japan and ANZ markets. This person will collaborate with our global marketing team, our Korean field marketing manager, and will manage product launches, events, and demand generation campaigns across the government and private sector spaces. We measure success by pipeline development and acceleration, lead generation, and sales success.

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve customer acquisition and sales bookings targets
• Create a localized field marketing strategy that reliably produces leads and builds pipeline for ASEAN region, Japan, and Australia
• Create customised marketing strategies for target accounts, and monitor and measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives.
• Develop an understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and our customers, and leverage that to create local market messaging
• Develop a partnership with regional leadership and work collaboratively with the rest of the product, demand gen, and field marketing teams
• Understand what activities are meaningful to the business and appropriately prioritize requests from sales and other stakeholders
• Help communicate the overall global marketing strategy to APAC stakeholders

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Experience in B2B Field Marketing and Demand Generation for a technology or SaaS company
• Are masterful at managing competing deadlines, measuring and drawing insights from KPI’s, and have an exceptional attention to detail
• Have worked with Law Enforcement, Defense or Financial Regulatory Agencies
• Have experience working with Compliance, AML and KYC in the Financial sector
• Are fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have experience:

• Fluency in Japanese language.
• Have an interest in Cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies
• Experience working within Salesforce CRM
• Strong command of Google Suite Products
