POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Position supports Banking organization for SW subscription, by performing day-to-day financial & operational functions to support key processes around; Subscription SW revenue reconciliation, contract review, billing and other associated data management activities
• Responsible for developing a suite of business metrics and reports to support the Banking business needs aligned to Dashboards & KPI’s from relevant systems
• Maintaining the rollout schedule of pre-defined reports and generates and customizes reports in response to specific business requests
• Through proactive data analysis provide trending information, observations and analysis of the data and recommendations to enable business decisions
• Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Need to escalate issues, provide updates and drive process improvements
• Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and with execution tightly adherent to pre-defined calendar of deliverables

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting field
• Preferably 3+ year’s relevant business analytics experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS office suite with advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in database management with low learning curve in adapting to new systems/tools
• Strong professional work ethic, with a focus on ownership and execution
• English language skills are required with excellent written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional Certification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, etc.) would be a plus
• Preferable Tableau user/publisher
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Fast paced and able to adapt to changing requirements
• Attention to detail; Analytical skills; Be able to identify any outliers
• Self-motivated, Driven and a strong team work ethic
• Ability to go the extra mile when required
• Results-oriented

Systems:

• Experience using the below systems is a plus:
• EDW Business Objects
• Oracle: extracting reports, JV submission
• Invoice Engine, QuoteBuilder
• Customer Search Tool: used to search for a customer’s site information
• Experience in information management – Business Objects, SQL, Essbase would be an advantage
