You will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Manager(s) on the Global Asset Management team located in Hong Kong as a junior analyst, reporting to the Portfolio Manager.

What is the opportunity?

As the Associate Analyst, Asian Equities, you will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Manager(s) on the Global Asset Management team located in Hong Kong as a junior analyst, reporting to the Portfolio Manager.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the PM and other members of the team in Hong Kong and other GAM teams to implement the stock screening process;
• Conduct on the ground research on companies and sectors as directed by the portfolio management team;
• Take on primary analyst coverage in due course on specific sector and/or country universe.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• CFA preferred with relevant experience (either buy-side or sell-side)
• Solid analytical capabilities to be able to digest volumes of research and information and extract interesting and thematic trends
• Good understanding on financial modeling
