About the HR and Office Administrator role...

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Admin and Office Administrator. This role will support the HR Operations Director to grow, develop and bring to life the SiteMinder Philippines office and its employees. This role both acts as front of house and the face of SiteMinder through office operations and administration. This role also supports and enhances our people by responding to day to day HR queries, managing processes such as time keeping and HMO queries and ensuring we build and drive employee experience and engagement

What you’ll do…

  • Performing various routine administrative duties, utilising standard office equipment, to include: greeting guests and candidates that arrive at the office, screening incoming calls; taking and relaying messages; maintaining calendars; scheduling meetings; data entry; photocopying; assisting with arranging office social events, and similar tasks as required or directed by SiteMinder
  • Assist the HR Operations Director with HR admin, reporting and payroll including time keeping and HMO queries
  • Assisting with employee induction and onboarding, working with relevant teams to ensure scheduling of induction
  • Receive and manage delivered mail at the reception area
  • Respond to requests for information from employees, and/or other interested parties; answers routine questions; directs visitors to appropriate locations.
  • Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of routine correspondence, reports, invoices, forms, agreements, and/or other related information in the assigned area of responsibility; data entry of information into applicable spreadsheets and/or databases.
  • Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials.

What you have…

  • Previous experience in an HR admin and office admin role essential

  • Basic knowledge of DOLE requirements with reference to employee relations

  • Well defined understanding and knowledge of office administration and management

  • Attention to detail around accurate record management and filing

  • Excellent skills around technology from email to HRMIS and other platforms like payroll systems and timekeeping systems

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with the confidence to work autonomously, constantly using your initiative and exceptional problem solving skills
