Marketing and Business Intern

• Implement marketing campaigns across both in-app and out of app channels, develop understanding of measuring marketing campaigns
• Conceptualise social media strategy, manage and execute ideas on social media platforms. Create engaging, informative and visually appealing content
• Assist with running data reports and business reporting
• Execute Marketing in-app activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize in-app marketing campaigns using CRM tools and platforms. Monitor user behavior and engagement within mobile applications and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
• Ideate and test low-cost social content: Generate creative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content. Utilize basic filming and editing skills to create hacky videos. Enhance visual content using software like Photoshop. Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content creation strategies accordingly.
• Policy enforcement: Familiarize yourself with local laws and regulations related to merchant behavior and compliance. Analyze data to identify errant behavior and assist in managing such behavior. Draft clear and effective communications to merchants regarding policy enforcement measures.
• Data analysis: Develop analytical skills by processing and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends. Use data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights and recommendations for marketing campaigns. Visualize data using spreadsheet software to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Requirements

• Pursuing a course majoring in Business, Finance, or Marketing in Polytechnics or University.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems
• Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations.
• Available to commit to a 6-month full time internship.
