We are looking for a motivated, persistent and analytically skilled “Customer Success Partner” to manage relationship with some of our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes
  • Assist account manager in executing the annual tenders
  • Deliver the volume of assigned customer portfolio
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by ensuring that rates, commitments, free time and credit is filed according to agreement
  • Be the primary contact point for the customers for price requests. Assist ensuring that rate negotiations are completed and advised to all relevant parties as soon as agreement has been reached and confirmed by the customer
  • Ensure timely payments from the customer and settle disputes
  • Coordinate customer and internal departments, ensure customer requests are routed to the right stakeholders and resolved
  • Stay up to date on operational performance and pro-actively communicate with customer around major issues

Who we are looking for

  • Customer first mindset: Good at forming relationship and able to understand the customers requirement and turn these into solutions. Understand the value customer brings to Maersk and able to find and implement solutions that are mutually beneficial to the customer and Maersk.
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the market and the products
  • Good communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Ability to listen, understand and influence
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment
  • High levels of accuracy and the ability to maintain data
