We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity at Unit4 for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Existing Business within the Public Sector. Join our thriving and highly motivated Public Sector team, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with various stakeholders across accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while continuously seeking avenues for account growth.
  • Generating revenue by nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Effectively managing an existing client sales pipeline to meet targets.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients.
  • Ensuring all clients are informed about our dynamic and expanding product portfolio and identifying further opportunities for collaboration.
  • Providing guidance to our on-premise customers for transition to the Cloud.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients through on-site visits, MS Teams meetings, and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with Solution Consultants to identify and capitalize on new upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Updating CRM and operational software systems with all client interactions, information, and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within the Public Sector.
  • A strong track record of successfully selling (SaaS) products.
  • Confidence and proficiency in communicating at decision-making levels, including with C-Suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales/account management targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases and effectively managing the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain trusting relationships, with a strong orientation towards teamwork.
  • A vibrant and enthusiastic personality that positively influences colleagues.
