Job Description:

The Process Specialist is a crucial member of the existing Customized Technology Solution (CTS) team that enables and manages post-EOSL support mainly for German customer. Role is focusing on Delivery deal assurance management and Supplier management.
Delivery deal assurance management consists of evaluating new potential support requests from capability, cost, efficiency and delivery model setup perspective, while Supplier management will require close cooperation, relationship building and performance management with chosen HPE delivery suppliers like: Spare part and logistic support providers or onsite delivery providers.

How you will make your mark:

• Manages internal project delivery
• Manages project financials including business impact.
• Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management. Manages stakeholder relationships.
• Manages mid to upper level stakeholder relationships.
• Presales support / contract management
• Interface to sales
• Finance and performance reporting
• Control and coordination of CDS and logistics partner

About you:

• Fluency in English and German language
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Experience in a support or delivery role and business
• Knowledge in Project management
• Understanding of customer business requirements and product support lifecycle
• Analytical thinking and detail oriented
• Great communication skills
