A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Working in conjunction with the Cargo sales team and Operations team
  • Flight tracking and monitoring of flight view system for clients and sales team
  • Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
  • Filing all paperwork, ensuring organization and proper handover to the Ops team
  • Assisting in the setting up of airport handling, and trucking (both domestic and international)
  • Liaison with airlines and clients
  • Preparing pre and post-flight reports
  • Report and maintain accurate information about flight updates and issues
  • Understanding or experience of flight planning, flight time limitations, weather charts
  • In-office position

Variable Schedule (2-week rotation):
Week A: Sunday to Tuesday 6AM to 6PM (1800)
Week B: Monday to Wednesday 6AM to 6PM (1800) and Thursday 3PM (1500) to 8PM (2000)
*Subject to change based on coverage needs*

Requirements

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • 1-2 years of an aviation related environment, logistics or operations preferred
  • Professional telephone etiquette with an ability to communicate effectively
  • Determination with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm and decisiveness
  • Well organized with the capability to work independently
  • Basic technical and computer skills a must
  • Team player, self-motivated and goal-orientated
  • Results driven and disciplined with a good attention to detail
