A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Working in conjunction with the Cargo sales team and Operations team
- Flight tracking and monitoring of flight view system for clients and sales team
- Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
- Filing all paperwork, ensuring organization and proper handover to the Ops team
- Assisting in the setting up of airport handling, and trucking (both domestic and international)
- Liaison with airlines and clients
- Preparing pre and post-flight reports
- Report and maintain accurate information about flight updates and issues
- Understanding or experience of flight planning, flight time limitations, weather charts
- In-office position
Variable Schedule (2-week rotation):
Week A: Sunday to Tuesday 6AM to 6PM (1800)
Week B: Monday to Wednesday 6AM to 6PM (1800) and Thursday 3PM (1500) to 8PM (2000)

Requirements
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 1-2 years of an aviation related environment, logistics or operations preferred
- Professional telephone etiquette with an ability to communicate effectively
- Determination with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm and decisiveness
- Well organized with the capability to work independently
- Basic technical and computer skills a must
- Team player, self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Results driven and disciplined with a good attention to detail
