Your core priorities will be to:
- Provide organizational, administrative and communication support within L&D programs and activities;
- Contribute to creation and adaptation of learning content as part of learning solutions’ design;
- Participate to preparation and rollout of L&D programs (tools, materials, logistics, etc);
- Ensure support in reporting activities;
- Work collaboratively within cross functional teams and projects.
Requirements
A successful L&D Intern will have:
- Learning agility;
- Inclination and willingness for continuous learning;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities;
- Teamwork behavior, cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Proficiency in English, Excel skills.
