Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead

This role is a key strategic position, crafting blueprints, frameworks, and processes to be deployed by local teams when hiring Early Careers Talent. Accountabilities:

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead, you will empower and guide business units in the recruitment strategy and delivery for their own early talent programs. You will develop and complete a comprehensive global early talent recruitment strategy in alignment with the organisation's long-term goals. Your role will also involve providing authority mentorship and advice on the assessment and selection process for early talent candidates. You will define and supervise key performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency of early talent recruitment activities and make data-driven improvements.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Ability to influence senior managers and partners
• Ability to build a relevant strategy and framework to be delivered through others
• Expertise in Early Talent/Early Careers
• Consistent track record in delivering results through a matrix organisation
• Validated teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates curiosity and pro-activity in exploring and embracing new technologies
• Experience of working globally and strong cultural awareness
• Can navigate complexity and a matrix environment
• Written and spoken proficiency in English
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Proficiency in Portuguese
