We are seeking an experienced and talented Salesforce Solution Architect who not only possesses deep technical expertise in Salesforce products (such as Sales, Service, FSC, Experience cloud, etc.) but is also a collaborative team player that positively contributes to the great working environment that we have at our team. This person will join our Customer Engagement and CRM squad inside the Sales subdomain that belongs to the Client Journey Tribe in the TDI (Technology, Data & Innovation) department.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be mainly responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions ensuring that business requirements are met while adhering to best practices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and business processes and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet those requirements, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Provide deep technical expertise in Salesforce Platform, integrations and related technologies to drive successful implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates and banking industry best practices to continually enhance and optimize solutions.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement and customize Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
  • Be a reference/leader for other less experienced team members and provide support, guidance and trainings.

Required capabilities:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions (in Sales, Service and Experience clouds) including configurations, customizations and integrations.
  • Strong architectural understanding of Salesforce, including data modelling, security and systems integration principles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions providing innovative, scalable and practical Salesforce Solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving successful initiative/project outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English) with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies/teams.

Preferred capabilities:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Platform Developer I or II, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or others.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and tools.
  • Experience as Functional/Technical Analyst.
  • Experience at Banking industry and its specific best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle tools (continuous integration, monitoring, deployment, test automation, etc.)
  • Understanding of data migration and integration tools such as Informatica or Mulesoft.
  • Agile certifications.
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle CRM or ad-hoc implementations.
