Senior Scrum Master

We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a position in Stuttgart, Germany.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Eligible for SOFA accreditation.
• 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• 5+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
• Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience; or a major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.

Desired

• Experience at a Combatant Command.
• Knowledge of the project management framework.
• Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skill, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Scrum Master Certification.
