Requirements

  • Have fluency in English, ideally a native speaker
  • Are available to work on shifts, including late hours
  • Possess experience in online customer support
  • Have strong computer literacy
  • Have excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Describe yourself s a team player who is open to sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
  • Have a motivation for achieving preset goals and targets
