Oracle Applications Business Analyst – Manufacturing
Location: Tacoma, WA
Duration: 12 + Months

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert of the Oracle EBS ERP system for the company in Oracle Supply Chain modules: OM, Inv, PO, Pricing, Cost Management, BOM, WIP, MRP. Expertise in WIP, BOM and MRP are the focus.
• Lead meetings with user groups, super users, process experts, functional leaders frequently to discuss issues/ideas and changes needed.
• Analyze the business requirements of all internal departments to standardize/improve business practices, processes, procedures using the ERP system.
• Be an integral part of the business value stream and train users to use Oracle functions in an optimal manner to solve business problems.
• Be a core part of the site continuous improvement teams and use Oracle reports to provide insights in improving processes.
• Responsible for proactive action regarding updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs/BPOs on existing or new ERP functionality.
• Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to maximize the use of Oracle throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle 12.2 INV, WIP, BOM, Costing and ASCP
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written form.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with distributed end users on how the Oracle application can assist in supporting their needs.
• Experience of working collaboratively with internal customers, functional and development teams on projects and support work related to the ERP ecosystem
• Experience in creating Solution Design /Configuration for Oracle EBS 12 and functional & technical specifications for customizations and extensions (Reports, Forms, Interface, Conversion, Extension, and Workflow (Custom objects)
• Experience conducting fit/gap analysis and gathering requirements.
