Pavago is actively searching for a seasoned Account Executive to drive business growth in the Central and Latin American regions for our client. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in selling SaaS products to expand our client's market presence. Fluency in English with a near-perfect American-accent is essential to foster effective communication and build trust with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Utilize your experience in SaaS sales to articulate product benefits. Conduct product demos scheduled by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring each session effectively highlights our solutions and meets prospect expectations.
  • Prospect-Product Fit Assessment: Evaluate prospect needs and align them with our product offerings to determine compatibility and potential fit.
  • Discovery and Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, requirements, and goals, ensuring tailored solutions are presented.
  • Demo Preparation and Execution: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations that effectively showcase key features and benefits aligned with prospect needs.
  • Facilitate Free Trials: Coordinate and set up free trials for qualified prospects, providing them with hands-on experience to evaluate our solutions.
  • Price Quotation: Provide accurate pricing information and negotiate terms as needed to move prospects towards a purchasing decision.
  • Sales Timeline Management: Define and communicate clear sales timelines, setting expectations and guiding prospects through each stage of the buying process.
  • Accountability Management: Hold prospects accountable to agreed-upon timelines and commitments, ensuring progress and momentum are maintained.
  • Persistent Follow-Up: Implement consistent and strategic follow-up strategies to nurture prospects, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes effectively.

  • Software Tool Proficiency: Your familiarity with diverse software tools—including appointment scheduling, modern CRMs, support ticket systems, and communication platforms—optimizes operational efficiency and enhances the client experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Patient and Personable: Your patience and empathy shine in interactions, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. This ability fosters enduring client satisfaction and loyalty, crucial for maintaining long-term business relationships.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Industry Background: Proven experience in sales roles within the SaaS industry, specifically in Central and Latin America.
  • Communication Skills: Perfect or near-perfect American-accented English, crucial for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Close, Calendly, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Initial Phone Call: Engage in a brief conversation to understand your experience and suitability for the role.
  • Video Interview: Delve deeper into your professional background and assess your skills in a 30-minute call.
  • Practical Assessment: Showcase your creative abilities through practical tasks relevant to the role.
  • Final Interview: Have a comprehensive discussion with our client to ensure mutual alignment.
  • Background Checks: Conduct swift verification of your references and past employment details.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Each day begins with assessing prospect needs to ensure product alignment, followed by deep-diving into discovery sessions to uncover pain points and goals. This is complemented by meticulously preparing and delivering tailored product demos, coordinating free trials, and providing transparent pricing quotes. Throughout the day, maintaining a structured sales timeline and diligent follow-up efforts ensure accountability and drive prospects towards informed decisions, fostering ongoing engagement and momentum in the sales process.
