This is a hybrid role and you’ll be working from the office at least 2-3 days per week.

Help our Software Development team to success
As a Senior Platform Developer, you will be working within the Platform Development Squad to design, create and maintain IT infrastructure used by CityFibre. You will develop the tools and self-service capabilities to empower users of the platforms to seamlessly go about their work and operate their software. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Work with third party vendors to ensure DevOps best practices are followed.
- Help maintain Kanban flow by removing any technical blockers with sound decision making.
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects at the same time to achieve agreed timescales.
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll have substantial experience of managing public cloud platforms and strong knowledge administrating and diagnosing Kafka brokers. You’ll also bring experience in:
- Working with microservices.
- Building and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Event driven architecture.
