We are looking for a Functional Analyst to reinforce the Data team. In this team, you will work with other analysts to deliver both business and regulatory project scope in the data
warehouse. A major challenge in the coming years will also be to review the current DWH structure.
Objectives of the job
• Translate the business requirements into functional requirements, adhering to the architecture in
place. Pro-active communication and collaboration with power users within business teams.
• Guide and support business users in the adoption and usage of the reporting environment.
• Create and maintain the dimensional models
• Keep the functional documentation up to date and reliable
• Coordinate the development and acceptance activities.
• Functional testing the deliverables
Requirements
Business experience required (work experience)
Mandatory:
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in analysis of Business requirements and set up of detailed
IT requirements
• Mastering concepts & functional aspects of data warehousing and reporting
Preferable :
• Good knowledge of business architecture principles
• Good knowledge of Life insurances
Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools)
Mandatory:
• Advanced knowledge of
o Data modeling :
▪ Kimball dimensional modeling
▪ 3NF for operational databases
o T-SQL
• Very good knowledge of
o Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
• Good knowledge
o PowerBI Desktop/Online
o PowerBI Server & Semantic Layer
o Azure Data Platform (Data Factory pipelines)
Preferable :
• SQL Server Analysis Services – Tabular
• BPMN
• Git
