Your Role:

• Developing and implementing creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing and product campaigns

• Creating and presenting ideas for advertising materials, including print and digital media, video, and social networks

• Collaborating with the internal team to understand their needs and expectations, participating in briefings and presentations

• Preparing and conducting presentations of creative ideas

• Ensuring all creative materials align with brand standards and company strategies

• Analyzing current trends in design and advertising, introducing new approaches and technologies

• Developing and maintaining the visual identity of the brand, including logos, fonts, and color schemes

• Working on creative ideas for the website, landing pages, and product pages

What We’re Looking For:

• Higher education in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the role of art director or a similar position

• Portfolio with examples of successful projects in advertising and marketing

• Excellent skills in graphic design software

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet strict deadlines

• Creative thinking

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of current trends in design and advertising
