**Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 777 Factory Support Collaboration Center (FSCC) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the team in Everett, Washington.

The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results.
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience you have in performing Data Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards.
• 3+ years working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
• 3+ years working in a production environment.
• Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
