Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Create data-driven strategies to drive growth in user acquisition, activation, and reactivation.
• Identify key user behaviors and evaluate the financial impacts of business activities.
• Analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create accurate financial projections to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments, assessing their potential impact and risk.
• Conduct research on industry benchmarks, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to provide insights for long-term business strategies.
• Operate in an agile work environment, pivoting quickly and navigating ambiguity to drive business results.
• Communicate complex data analysis results through clear data visualization, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Guide team members in data collection and analysis, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by developing performance metrics, tracking progress, and optimizing financial decisions and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in business strategy or management consulting, with expertise in data analytics or science.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Proficient in programming or data query languages such as R, SQL, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in an early-stage startup.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong project management skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of and/or experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Previous experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
