Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative, HR, and recruitment functions as we transition these tasks in-house from the KI shared services team.

This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding, social media management, freelancer coordination, and general administrative support. This variety will provide you with a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set and make a meaningful impact on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
    • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and update the company’s social media pages to enhance our online presence.
    • Create and schedule engaging posts to attract potential candidates and connect with our audience.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle essential paperwork, including partner IOs and other documentation.
    • Assist with the organisation and management of company records to maintain an efficient system.
  • Freelancer Coordination:
    • Identify and engage freelancers for various projects, expanding our network of talent.
    • Manage contracts and maintain clear communication with freelancers.
  • General Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
    • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and achieve the company's goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an administrative role in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on tasks of varying complexity
  • Experience using HR Management Systems, HRIS, CRMs or ATS systems.

Desirables:

  • Experience working in a HR or internal/external recruitment environment
  • Experience using our HRIS (BreatheHR) and ATS (Workable) would be a plus!
