Business Analyst for Sites & App

1. Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
Within Business Engineering we are always looking for the best solutions to support the strategy of our Employee Benefits & Health Care business line. Business Engineering is in close contact with the Business (Sales, Marketing, BDS & Services) and IT. We are responsible for correct translating and describing the Business needs into IT solutions, implementing them in collaboration with IT, testing these solutions and implementing them correctly in production.
Within this context, we are looking for someone who can help ensure good internal support for our Sites & App.
You will be part of the team that maintains the correct functioning of our Sites & App and your work will include:

- In project modus :

• Analyses on improvements for our Sites & App EB/HC.
• Test preparation & Testing of the developments.

- In support modus :

• Give support for a specific product & process.
• Correct administration & treatment of problems/optimalisations from our stakeholders &
• Business.
• Analyses of these problems/optimalisations in production.
• Complete & correct translation to IT or other stakeholders.
• Follow-up of the problem & feedback to our business partners.
• Always with regard of the best Customer experience for our end clients.

Requirements

1. Required Knowledge and Experience :

Preferable :
Knowledge of Insurance

- Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools)
Mandatory :

• Good knowledge of MS Office

Preferable :

• Knowledge of SQL & PowerBI is a plus

2. Objective of the job :

• Analyse & test within improvements/projects for our Sites & App EB/HC.
• Maintain a good quality of our processes.
• Keep a good relationship with our Business through correct communication & pro-active actions to guarantee the good functioning.
• Keep a good relationship with our IT partners through good analyses & correct translation of the Requests.
• Create a complete & correct Test patrimonium to guarantee a robust long-term stability of our sites & App.

2. Level of education required

• A Master’s degree in Sciences, Economics, Engineering or quantitatively oriented master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
