Business Analyst

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Analyse how the HR processes, definitions, principles and practices are implemented with a view of supporting the use of the HR IT platform and related systems;
• Identify viable business solutions, translate them into technical specifications and assist with their technical implementation;
• Use appropriate tools to track differences in implementation and configuration during the interinstitutional adoption of the HR IT platform;
• Define use cases and test configurations and proposed solutions on different technical environments;
• Support the change management process and analyse change requests;
• Develop and deliver business oriented documentation, training and coaching sessions for a successful adoption and use of the HR IT platform. ...
