What you will be doing?

• How quickly can you find out if something does not work? That is the obsession we want you to have as our performance marketing lead 😊 Ideally, you also know how to double down on what works 😐
• You will take paid channel responsibilities away from Daphne Fischer so she can concentrate on globetrotting and the finer things in life.
• As you can tell from this JD we don’t mind testing creative copy so neither should you for our ads. Obsessives around hook/hold rate need only apply.
• Data > Vibes when it comes to tracking and reporting. Think of all the key measurable like RoAS, CAC and funnel breakdowns.

Requirements

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing business
• Certification/qualification/accreditation on a Meta or Google marketing channel
• Track record growing users for a B2C product-based company
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker, Preset or Metabase
• Excellent English to C2/Native level across reading and writing. Bonus if you are also a speaker of French, Swahili or another language spoken widely in Africa
• App Store and Search Engine Optimisation knowledge
