We are looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Assistant to help manage our Showroom and Influencer Appointments based in LA.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming all guests into the showroom / notifying team members when appointments have arrived
• Handle showroom appointments with Influencers and supporting the Influencer team with daily appointments
• Manage the Melrose email mailbox • Manage the Influencer appointment calendar
• Manage the incoming mail, sorting and distributing to the relevant team members
• Organising food and refreshments for meetings and showroom overall
• Assisting in arrangements for meetings, catering and transport when required
