We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to build, retain, and grow our client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Install-Based Sales and Account Executive teams, applying best practices and solutions to ensure our clients are set up for success and achieving their individual business goals and objectives.
As a successful Customer Success Manager, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Procore’s technology solution with Owners. You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining C-Level relationships and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base. You will deliver industry and technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. This role will be positioned to support our Commercial segment.
This role can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, New York City, New Orleans, LA or Austin, TX office. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to come into an office 2x per week.
