Your Role at Quantanite:
As a Technical Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our technical operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems, providing technical support to internal teams, and contributing to the implementation of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
