Control Tower Agent

The Role

We're looking for a talented Operation and Logistics Control Tower Agent to play a key role in monitoring, and supporting the operations for all the markets we are growing in.

The main role of the Agents is to monitor the performance of the manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution processes at CookUnity by executing preventive and proactive actions, by defined standards to improve the service level for our customers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations. Act as the main point of contact for the Team Leads concerning defined position processes.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the manufacturing, and fulfillment processes in real-time and alert leaders in case it is necessary.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and follows initiatives.
• Monitor our 3PLs (third-party logistics) in real-time and alert our Logistics team for possible late deliveries.
• Review KPIs and spot trends for improvements.
• Propose and drive processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the operations or logistics fields.
• Experience with spreadsheets/excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Advanced Student or graduate in a quantitative/technical field such as engineering, statistics, business administration, logistics or foreign trade.
• Advanced English Level.
• At your core, you’re a data-driven, analytical problem solver, capable of tackling urgent challenges with innovative solutions and efficient communication.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against hard deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with SQL.
• You have a streamlining mindset: automate, reduce, and simplify.
• Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces, or supply-demand economics.
• You have experience or knowledge of Logistics & last-mile platforms (it's a plus).
