Senior Manager - Mgmt Reporting and Business Process Owner

The Global BPA Senior Manager will drive financial reporting, and analysis activities within all regions and act as Global Process Owner for the BPA organization. This role will work closely with the Global BPA Director and Executive Director FP&A to drive business growth and establish definitive ways of working across the markets and the overall Alcon. The key responsibilities include conducting and process improvement in the month-end close, quarter close and presentations, ad-hoc reporting and driving convergence to a global standard and identifying new ways to optimize performance in the BPA organization
