As a Field Service Engineer Junior, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, emergency repair, preventive maintenance, performing retrofits and upgrades on Alcon surgical equipment and workshop engineer task as reprocessing machines and warehouse support. The role is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of service for the Valencia area. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Complete preventative maintenance routine as scheduled and per contract conditions, as well as emergency calls.
• Test repaired instruments in all operating modes and demonstrates that repaired instruments operate at Alcon’s specifications.
