Product Lead II

As a Product Lead II, you have experience working in product management and can apply that experience by owning features from the beginning to the end of their lifecycle. You will be an expert on our product, define problems, and devise solutions that meet our users’ core needs. You will work collaboratively with our design and development teams, developing critical thinking and product leadership skills in the process. You will become adept at rigorous feature testing to ensure feature quality and generating user-facing documentation to educate our users. Finally, you will apply product and project leadership experience to some of the largest initiatives on our roadmap. This involves scoping priorities, conducting extensive user research, documenting requirements, engaging internal stakeholders (e.g. other departments or the executive team), and driving forward feature progress in the face of product and organizational complexity. This role requires you to function autonomously, taking ownership of key product outcomes and driving progress forward.
