Roles and Responsibilities:

Apply technical skills, such as MS SQL, Mango, MERN, .NET, REST, VBA, React, Angular, Typescript, and Statistics, to collect, analyze, and interpret data for highly complex processes, equipment, and systems data. Coordinate with Facility and other engineering groups to implement throughput improvements using available automated systems. Collaborate with Facility customers on system enhancement requests and create well-defined VOC documentation that focuses on process improvement, ROI, Usability, etc. Work with HQ counterparts, HQ innovation center, and local IT systems engineering members to resolve all iSystems-related issues. Attend DRB sessions with system developers to review testing, verify system change points management, and provide feedback/influence release timing with iSystem developers/administrators. Apply technical skills (MS SQL and React/Angular) development skills to support iSystem Web portal reporting and automate resources for manual jobs in the Facility areas. Contribute to the resolution and minimization of impact for urgent factory-wide production and systematic issues as they occur. (Multiple Openings)
