Responsible for interfacing with and responding to Federal or State Regulatory Commissions (Federal Communications Commission or State Public Utility Commissions) on regulatory issues.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and contribute to the advancement of the regulatory agenda of the company.
• Secures interested 3rd parties and individuals to provide testimony on public policy issues; provides witnesses for public hearings.
• Testify in legal proceedings before regulatory bodies as an expert witness.
• Interfaces with and responds to Federal or State Regulatory Commissions.
• Researches and compiles information obtained through regulatory contacts.
