eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring an eCommerce and Performance Marketing Manager to support our UK clients.

Your Quests & Challenges:

• Oversee daily online store operations, ensuring accurate product updates and displays.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for timely product availability.
• Prepare product images and descriptions for launches.
• Liaise with web developers and external SaaS companies.
• Develop and implement promotional plans.
• Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and support.
• Engage in social media activities to promote products.
• Process invoices, refunds, and related tasks.
• Monitor website analytics and customer feedback to improve the online experience.
• Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta & WhatsApp (plus LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
• Write engaging ad copy and design creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular strategy sessions.

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and related apps.
• Proven experience in ads management, especially on Meta.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
