Required Qualifications (What you need)

Advanced experience (3-5 years) with MicroStrategy 11.x, administrator role and responsibilities, public, schema, reports and dashboard/dossier issues debugging/fixing.

Having MicroStrategy data modeling skills and an understanding of Data warehouse architectures.

Advanced SQL coding experience is a must.

Responsible for MicroStrategy version upgrades in production and staging servers

Experience with distribution services and web customizations desired.

Health Care domain knowledge is added advantage.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as contribute to team efforts.

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques.

Passion to innovate and provide high quality reporting for users.

Duties and Responsibilities (What you will do)

Responsible in creating or disabling users and user groups and solving all admin related issues.

Responsible for MicroStrategy and Autosys job monitoring and issue fixing on a daily basis.

Strong critical thinking, decision making, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Reaching out to different teams for resolving issues on time (MicroStrategy development, data team, QC team or client team).

Communicate with all the stakeholders in case of any delay/issues in application delivery

Provide updates to internal and external management regarding day to day work

Responsible to handle server related issues on priority basis.

Co-ordinate with different teams in getting approvals for fixing server related issues (client facing servers)

Monitor the CPU utilization, memory and disk space in all production and staging servers related to MicroStrategy applications

Responsible for planning and execution of day to day work as well as restatement (refreshing historic data in applications)

Responsible for attending weekly calls or adhoc calls related to project and provide necessary updates
