Associate Director, HIV Marketing, title: Product Owner

Role Overview:

Product Owner in HIV Marketing leads all the product marketing aspects in HIV. We collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to successfully launch multiple new products. We seek individuals with strong leadership skills, marketing expertise and a passion for HIV business..

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide five year marketing strategies including brand strategy, sales forecast, budget planning and product lifecycle management

- Lead and manage multiple new product launches in HIV area

- Build good relationships with external/internal key stakeholders.

- Formulate and execute annual marketing action and content strategy planning.

- Lead core marketing and sales team (Squad) and cross functional team with sales, access, R&D, Medical and Manufacturing

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum three year pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Excellent communication involving senior management and cross-functional team-building skills.
  • Marketing/Business Planning skill: Excellent product strategy development capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal/external key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills to drive business with uncertainness. Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • English/Japanese literacy

Favorable Experience:

  • Working experience in Hospital products is plus
  • English working experience is plus
  • Project management/ Launch experience is plus
