Transport Coordinator Nights

Act as the first point of contact for drivers and visiting drivers, through great communication you will coordinate the transport activities, including timely driver briefing and debriefing, and help Frasers Group provide excellent customer service. This role has no direct reports.

• Serve as a central point of communication for transportation-related queries, from both internal and external drivers
• Relay important information to drivers, warehouse teams, and other relevant stakeholders · Collaborate with the transport team to address unforeseen challenges as they arise Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of driver briefing, de-briefing, and delivery documentation
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed according to company standards Issue Resolution
• Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues, such as delays, and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions
• Notify drivers and internal teams of any changes to schedules or unexpected issues Front Desk Administration:
• Manage administrative tasks related to the front desk, including phone inquiries, emails, and general office support
