Resource Manager

The Resource Manager is a new role within the Delivery Operations team responsible for managing the assignment of Delivery resources to optimise utilisation and ensure effective delivery of customer projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of resource management principles, project planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimise the use of resources across the Delivery organisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery Directors and Heads of Department to identify and prioritise resource needs of current active and future pipeline projects.
• Manage the allocation and scheduling of resources across Delivery to ensure maximum utilisation, continually monitoring usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain the resource scheduling within the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system to ensure accurate utilisation and revenue forecasts.
• Work with project managers to ensure that individual project resourcing needs are established and maintained.
