Process Engineer

• Perform International Production Network for Lambda Sonda tasks and projects which are requested from the Lead Plant;
• Standard lead plant implementation with reference to processes;
• Maintains permanent contact with suppliers for eventual process improvements;
• Responsible for running the processes in the described parameters and continuous improvement of the processes parameters;
• Defines and describes the processes, performs the parameter sheet based on test analyzes and /or lead plant experience and /or specifications received from the supplier;
• Responsible for the preparation of the necessary releases and working documentation;
• Defines, tracks process / production parameters and the technical cycle time of the process;
• Analyzes the deviations of processes and minimizes their impact;
• Calculates TEK (technical capacity) for processes, according to the existing regulation.

Requirements

• University degree in Technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automatization);
• Good technical understanding;
• Experience with manufacturing of series production;
• Good collaboration and communication skills;
• Structured and analytic approach;
