Please note, this is a hybrid role including 3 days in-office and 2 days remote each week.

We are seeking a Brand Activation and Campaign Planner to be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that combine both traditional and digital media to promote our Client’s brand and sub-brands. The successful candidate will support our Client’s in-house creative team, working with their global marketing stakeholders.

The role will operate within the Client's open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of the Client's brand and holistic customer experiences.

What you will do:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand vision.
  • Develop integrated customer journeys that support and enable mass personalisation across digital and physical ecosystem.
  • Map customer journeys and attributions to channels and customer touch points to support personalisation and data capture.
  • Engage with target audiences through events, sponsorships, and other interactive experiences to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to coordinate efforts and maximize impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analysing data, developing dashboards, and providing insights to optimise future marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in brand activation, campaign planning, and execution is required.
  • Strong creative thinking and analytical skills to drive brand growth and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Service Design experience will be beneficial.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working within, and contributing, to an integrated Brand Design System.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Experience with event planning and management is a plus.
