The Role:
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to take on the roles of Assistant Maintenance Manager at our Triboard Mill in Kaitaia. This is a fulltime permanent position working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
The purpose of the Assistant Maintenance Manager is to assist with the creation of and the implementation of Maintenance shut works and manage minor projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily & weekly plan that ensures our maintenance teams are fully utilised and that our technicians are achieving the plan
- Provide technical expertise in order to eliminate repeated failures.
- Coach, teach and build capability of all maintenance technicians to fix equipment issues properly
