Summary

The mission of the Client Delivery team is to offer clients the best possible onboarding and implementation experience, while accelerating time to revenue.

What you'll do

As a Client Delivery Manager you will have the overall accountability for successfully delivering all workstreams related to client engagements and ensuring the client’s timely launch to market, while working closely with clients, partners and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work closely with Sales to understand client opportunities and be ready to engage with qualified clients.
  • Set clear expectations with clients on the onboarding process, including key prerequisites for initiating the implementation.
  • Agree with clients on their initial launch strategy, scope, roles & responsibilities and key milestones, while taking into consideration Pismo’s readiness to deliver any client requirements.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aware of the client engagement, understand any requirements related to their teams and have capacity to support, as needed.
