Everlane is building a first-class design team, and we are currently looking to fill a VP of Design position that will focus on all products across Accessories, Denim M&W, Apparel M&W, and Color & Concepting. You must be passionate, enthusiastic, and rigorous, with an obsessive eye for detail.

As the Vice President of Design; Product you will lead a team of 11 Designers with 5 direct reports. We will expect you to create commercially successful, relevant, and timeless apparel products. From product ideation to final pre-production prototypes, you will be responsible for the design vision in alignment with the Chief Creative Officer.
