Care. No matter what: PPLM has been a leader in promoting sexual health for more than 90 years. We believe that all people deserve the information and expert services to make informed, personal decisions that affect their health, their lives and their futures. We are the state’s leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services. We educate families and empower youth to make responsible choices that lead to healthier lives. We advocate for policies that improve sexual health.

The Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund and Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPAF/PPLM) seek an organizer to run the affiliate’s Raiz program, which works to eliminate barriers to sexual and reproductive health care in Latinx communities and strives to build a movement for equity, justice, knowledge, and empowerment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who shares the organization’s commitment to center its outreach and advocacy work around the needs of Planned Parenthood patients and their communities, and who understands the fight for equitable access to reproductive care is intrinsically tied to an empowered and engaged supporter base.

This Organizer is responsible for supporting the execution of a statewide strategy to harness the energy of supporters across the Commonwealth, building the organization’s base, and working directly with volunteer leaders within their region.
